Generally she has to be coaxed to eat her meals. We had her on an expensive brand of canned food, which she mostly liked, but in an effort to save some money, I switched her to Merrick Whole Earth Farms Puppy canned food. SHE LOVES IT. I do not have to even try to get her to eat- she devours it the minute I put the bowl down. It is still a very "healthy" food, and it saves me $15 every time I order! I had been eyeing this product for some time. After a few glasses of wine, I decided that this was a must buy because its price per pound was much lower than a single pound of this flavor. The price is still pretty high, but it is about the same price as buying 5 single pounds. I have been snacking on these for a few months. They are still around, and I still love them.
The product arrived in a cardboard box with the jelly beans directly in the box. No plastic bag or anything, just the shipping box filled with jelly beans. I am not a huge germaphobe, but would have preferred a better container than the shipping box. This was the only reason why I docked it a star. |

But, you must shop around for price. Prices vary considerably. Also, if you live in an area with good Asian grocery stores you can often find it there and avoid paying for shipping.
Cooking tip. The meat has a fair amount of moisture and fat. I heat it gently in a sauce pan until the fat & moisture separate, dump it into a wire strainer & then back in the pan. Makes for a much leaner and tastier result. |

I also like indulging in an occasional extra sweet treat and that's what SnackWells delivers.
Most of my 'sweet' snacking consists of fruit and dark chocolate which makes these taste like a sugar explosion. After one bag I was definitely not interested in more (at the time), but was satisfied with the over-the-top sweetness it delivered.
Overall, if you like the flavor combination this snack provides then you'll probably enjoy enjoy it. Do be warned that it's on the 'dry' side as far as caramelly snacks go. |

I thought it was delicious but the portion is of course small (but then it's carmel corn, so we already knew that, didn't we?)
If you are the sort of person who can't stop eating carmel corn until the bag is empty (I wouldn't know about that, heh) then this will be a useful product for you. It's excellent and doesn't taste at all 'dlet-y'.
