Unless your child is lactose intolerant, consider using Similac Advance or another formula that is made primarily with **milk**. This product did seem to create less fussiness in our baby, but honestly I think the Dr Brown bottles made a bigger impact. Make your own trade-off between fussiness vs. nutrition, just be aware of which formulas are made with corn sweeteners and which are truly milk-based.

* Definition of MALTODEXTRIN (From Merriam Webster): any of various carbohydrates derived from the partial hydrolysis of starch (as of corn or potatoes) and used in prepared foods especially as a filler and to enhance texture and flavor.

It's misleading for the company to label the product as "milk-based" when it has minor ingredients "derived from" milk. Read the list of ingredients (below). I found the ingredients on the parent company's website (Abbott Nutrition). Don't try to find the ingredients list on the Simlac website -- it's not there (perhaps for good reason).

296813296813B0009WX2RWAGEWC5R7T5QLYBetty Boop "BB"1141271721600Sweet Potato & Fish--yum-yumI needed a dog food to try & curb my little one from eating her own poop...not 100% but it's slowly working. She likes it. Since she is so small she has some trouble with the size but is getting more used to it and is eating more each day. Was skeptical about sweet potato curbing the "poop appeal" but am slowly thinking there might be something to it.
296814296814B0009WX2RWAFDT9VMWE601SBorn to Read0051326412800Dogs love itThis is great dog food, especially for those of us who have trouble feeding our dogs lamb, chicken, or red meat. I avoided this food for a long time because of the celebrity connection to Dick Van Patten of "Eight is Enough." For all I know he may not even own the company anymore, but he clearly associated with some knowledgeable people to produce this food. The ingredients are top grade and the calorie count is excellent: The fish has 323 calories, and the vege has 344 calories, per cup. This is important when you have any dog, but especially small dogs. My local independent pet store sells this for $13.00.

After many years of buying expensive hypoallergenic vet food that still caused gastrointestional problems for my dog...I was wondering if I would ever find a food that he could eat. I was feeding him boiled chicken and rice when I ran across this product line. It has been over a month now and he is doing very well. He is not vomiting and eating grass or having severe gas and bowel problems. His itching has dminished by at least 70% and he has a twinkle in his eyes again and I'm not pulling my hair out trying to find a solution! Now we will see how he does on this long term. Thank goodness there are some products designed for dogs with allergies that do work.

Many people may not realize their pet has allergies to beef or chicken, but guess it is pretty common.

296818296818B002OVKB2UAG9RPMI6WDXMXOceanview0041315440000great treatMy cat absolutely loves this salmon flavored treat and the Pure bites freeze dried chicken. I've even gotten her to learn "dog" tricks because of the treats. However, I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 because of two reasons:

1. These treats need to be refrigerated upon opening.
2. These are harder than the pure bites brand. There are some big chunks and little chunks so I need to use a scissor to cut the bigger pieces into bite sized pieces otherwise the cat just gobbles the whole thing down.

Osterhout "Cindy O"0051333843200Kitties Eat this Tuna UpUsually I do not feed my kitties Tuna that is not the variety from the grocery store...Albacore which is what I eat. It goes on sale so often for one dollar a car that buying Tuna in some other packaging has always seemed dumb. Nut this YellowFin by Fancy Feast comes in a TriPak that I buy. Since mine are Albacore eaters, I thought it would be worthy of noting that they Scarf down this Medly made by Fancy Feast, so Fancy Feast must be doing something really right when they put their tuna in this medly. I recommend it because they Eat it All and they recommend it in the following ways: running to the bowl to eat it. Eating it All. Doing a contentented whisker clean after eating. Having nothing left to "cover up" when supper is over. We all say: Buy it and try it. We like it and hope you will also!
296793296793B003SP65KSA2YJ7JVTFMMR6ACindy0051333584000Incredible!These are amazing!! I eat them daily as a snack(s) and prefer them over anything else u could put in front of me! They are AMAZING!!! Try them just once....you will NOT be disappointed! You will only want more! .....my favorites are Choc chip, banana nut and macadamia with white chocolate. I've tried all of them though and there's not any kind that I don't like! Those are just my own personal favs. It honestly seems funny that something so yummy could lower my cholesterol! I'm a pharmacist and checked into the use of plant sterols and they are very right! How something I WANT is so good for me blows my mind though!

Being diabetic, I have to watch my carbs and the Atkins bars are a great way for me to have a late night snack without sending my blood sugar levels too high.

Highly Recommended!

296796296796B004M14HWAADZCL3F3C1L64Jcullert2629941306195200When lactose is a problem, Sensitive formula is a good solution. There have been some harsh reviews about the ingredients in the liquid Similac Sensitive. It is true that milk based formula should be first choice as it is closest to mother's milk. When milk can't be used due to a lactose intolerance, another form of carbohydrate is needed. Corn maltodextrin is just an easily digested sugar. It IS used as a "filler" in adult food. This is not always a good thing because as adults we don't need extra empty calories. Babies DO need the calories and easily processed sugar are a gentile way to get them. There is a history of (baby and adult) lactose intolerance on my husbands side. After trying to reduce gas in many other ways, we switched and have seen a great reduction in gas amount and pains. It has not been a cure, but with other gas management techniques, we are all happier.

Pros: Already made for travel or middle of the night feedings. Good for babies that are sensitive to lactose.
Cons: Some complain about the dark formula color stains. Higher price than powder.
296797296797B004M14HWAA1PMDTZMQREA5SWorld B. Free1151329955200Perfect For Our SonAfter using kinesiology (muscle testing) and determining that many formulas were bad for our baby, we gave this a shot. I'm so glad we did. It was a strong test, and sure enough, our son loves it as a supplement to breast milk. No whey, wheat or rice protein - apparently just what he needed. People are complaining about the corn. I would ask them this: have you asked your baby's body what it needs?
296798296798B004M14HWAA243ACO3VKGD64N. Black1141329436800Babies on the moveIf you are feeding Similac Sensitive then buy these now. We purchased a box to have for the diaper bag and for back-up. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was the size. Our newborn isn't drinking 8 oz yet so have to throw it in the fridge once open and if your not near a fridge you have to throw it out. But when you have a crying newborn in one arm you'll do anything to make them happy!
296799296799B004M14HWAA19SPYL37I7TC0XOXO JB3451319068800LOVE these!Similac Sensitive has been the BEST formula for my son. These on-the-go bottles are PERFECT for travel or even just for when you're out of the house. When we're home, we use our regular bottles that we fill from the jug. But when we're travelling, or just out running errands, I use these. They're 8-ounces each, so they're just the right amount for feeding. The only thing is, they DON'T COME WITH NIPPLES. I bought some Playtex standard size bottles (because they were the cheapest and the right size) and just use those nipples/rings. Then as my son got older, I replaced the nipples with Evenflo's fast flow and used the same ring.
296800296800B004M14HWAA1IZRAQLSJ3MYDZoe R "Zoe R."2351321747200Great for nursing moms who supplement with formula!I am primarily nursing my baby and I give my baby about four ounces of formula a day. I didn't want to purchase the large bottle because once you open it you need to use it within 48 hrs or throw it away. For me that would be a waste because my baby doesn't go through that much formula in two days. The 8 oz bottles are great for what we need and are very easy to transport!
296801296801B004M14HWAA4H7OWAVPSDKTsadow2351318464000Easy as can be!I breast fed for 6 months and at bedtime I would be worn out and wouldn't feel like pumping and my husband would want to feed. This was great! Now we use powder and make sure to grab these for whenever we are on the go. I love not having to measure out powder and finding safe water source. We travel 3k miles to visit family and this made it a breeze!
296802296802B004M14HWAA26PY2RWUJXY18Flower Chica "Just a new mommy"2341312848000Awesome for supplementing breast feedingI switched my newborn over to this after some epic farting and crying sessions. My baby definitely has a lot less gas with this formula. I'm both breastfeeding and formula feeding so I wanted a formula that wouldn't send her digestive system into shock. These work great. They are 8 ounce bottles, so it's quite a bit for a newborn to consume, but they are definitely worth it.
296803296803B004M14HWAA2THIMSD9SGKB5stacym9180041333497600convenient packagingsimilac sensitive is the formula my 14 week old must be on, for now. It seems to be the formula that agrees with her. She had horrible gas on similac advance, and also on the baby's only lactose free. I like the 8 oz bottles as they are convenient for traveling, etc. However, the powder seems to better agree with my baby's tummy, so i only use these in an emergency.
296804296804B004M14HWAA31AIKN6FD3MEWamazon-mom0031328745600great idea, great for travelthese are great for having stored in your diaper bag. i just leave 2-3 bottles of these in my bag for when im out and about with my baby. very convienent. great price. use them only with the disposable nipples. i would recommend for anybody. except, my baby doesnt like the taste of redy to feed bottles. im still experimenting with what she likes. this is a good idea though, wish my baby had liked the taste.

296806296806B004M14HWAA2FI0ADMBKQD9VSweetPea'sMom0051311465600So convenient when out and aboutI love these on the go bottles when I am out and about with my baby girl. The fact that they don't need to be refrigerated or heated makes them particularly convenient. Just attach a sterilized nipple and go! Enfamil Standard Flow Soft Nipple, 12-Count My daughter never got used to powdered formula so these bottles make it easy to be mobile and feed her when she's ready to eat.
296807296807B004M14HWAA3MBDM1YTB0VDIJennifer0051292284800Thank goodness for ready-to-feedSimilac sensative agrees with my baby 100% and ready-to-feed agrees with me!! I always have a supply in the baby bag for trips to the grocery store, a visit to grandmas and the out of blue hungry in the car. Just buy the throw away nipples and you are set.

My baby eats 6 oz at a time so at times I just pour the formula in a bottle and cap the rest in the fridge (good up to 48 hours when opened). No need to waste the extra 2 oz.

I do recommend buying at the grocery store. I get these for $9.00 at HEB Plus.
296808296808B004M14HWAA2QV8YL74B0KONFirecrackermommy0051285200000great stuff but not for 24.99I buy these ready made for 10.99 at a store where the price is marked way up! So this is double the price of a high priced item! Do the math, but the formula is highly recommended! Buy the liquid not the powder there was a recall on it!
296809296809B004M14HWAA2UUT9GTVLBKRQMichelle Wittenberger "Shell"1231308614400Didnt work for my babySoy formula (prosobee) worked better for my boy, in terms of gas and fussines, but every baby is different. The ready-to go container is very convenient.
296810296810B004M14HWAA3L03GTMLKGJWbuyermom0211335830400Don't buy this unless you have no other optionI've been buying this because my husband and I are both lactose intolerant and who wants their baby to be fussy if she doesn't have to be? Two months after starting this formula my baby had jumped from 15th percentile in weight to 90th percentile in weight while still just 15th percentile in height. No one in our family is obese. Today I looked at the ingredient list, first is corn syrup and second is sugar!!! It's not that way on the regular simulac formula. This stuff is horrible, I can't believe I've been poisoning my baby with it!
296811296811B004M14HWAA2AW8LF322DC2WG. Gamby "Josie"0331322611200Great Formula! But cheaper at Target!I've been using this formula since my baby was born. It's perfect.
Definitely help avoiding awful colics. Especially if used in liquid, not powder.
The only problem is that it's cheaper at the store: Target, Walgreen, Publix all sell this same package (6 pcs. 8oz. To-Go bottles) for $ 9.99.
So it's not worth it to buy it online.
Which is a shame.
Would love to see some 3-pack or 5-pack special offers!!!!!
296820296820B004XXXKQ6A2QRHDHLYVW77BStewards1151312934400Delicious!I add black sesame powder into my bowl of quick oat to create a healthy and delicious breakfast. The black sesame powder sold in the market normally contains added sugar, but these are just pure sesame powder. They are high in nutritional values and I am very happy with this product from Taiwan. I highly recommend it.
